IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY
This Lube Quote Pro EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and JST Alliance, LLC for Lube Quote Pro identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Lube Quote Pro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA .
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA , you are not authorized to install and/or use Lube Quote Pro.

LUBE QUOTE PRO AND JST ALLIANCE LLC., WILL NEVER SELL, SHARE, OR MAKE AVAILABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY ENTITY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. WE HATE SPAM AND INVASIONS OF PRIVACY JUST LIKE YOU DO!

Lube Quote Pro and JST Alliance LLC., will log certain information when a report is generated. This information is only used for statistical and technical support purposes and is never relased to any other company or person. An example of this information is the PayPal data of the purchasing customer (not credit card numbers or payment data however), the generated and assigned report credit number, purchase date and time, etc.

Lube Quote Pro LICENSE
Lube Quote Pro is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Lube Quote Pro is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the following rights with respect to Lube Quote Pro:
JST Alliance , LLC grants you an individual, personal, nonexclusive license to make and use Lube Quote Pro for the sole purpose of generating a Cost Analysis Report from www.lubequotepro.com or www.lubequotepro.net.
2. UPGRADES/UPDATES
JST ALLIANCE, LLC is not under obligation to upgrade or update Lube Quote Pro from its original version but may do so for any reason and without direct notification to any use of the Lube Quote Pro.JST Alliance, LLC makes no guarantee that all users will have access to updates or upgrades.
3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
A) Reports generated using Lube Quote Pro may not be disassembled, copied, altered, or changed by any means so as to alter or change the user's licensed and registered name as it appears on the reports. Users shall not permit anyone to use or purport the reports as their own unless that person is a licensed and registered user of Lube Quote Pro.
B) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly:
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the object code portions of Lube Quote Pro, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
C) Termination:
Without prejudice to any other rights, JST Alliance , LLC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA . In such event, you must destroy all copies of Lube Quote Pro and all of its component parts.
4. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to Lube Quote Pro (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into Lube Quote Pro), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of Lube Quote Pro are owned by JST Alliance, LLC . Lube Quote Pro is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat Lube Quote Pro like any other copyrighted material in that it is illegal for anyone to violate any of the rights and protections provided by US copyright law (title 17, US Code) associated with Lube Quote Pro.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES.
Painstaking Quality control steps have been taken to try to eliminate any possible shortcomings with Lube Quote Pro but JST Alliance , LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for Lube Quote Pro. Lube Quote Pro and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Lube Quote Pro remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall JST Alliance, LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use , Lube Quote Pro even if JST Alliance, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. If you acquired this product in United States , this EULA is governed by the laws of the United States . If this product was acquired outside United States , then local laws may apply.
2. JST Alliance , LLC does not allow you to utilize Lube Quote Pro to do anything that violates Federal, State or local law. If you utilize Lube Quote Pro to do illegal activity, the resulting consequences shall be your own responsibility. If you disagree with this item, please don't install and/or use Lube Quote Pro.
3. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA , or if you desire to contact JST Alliance , LLC for any reason, please write to support@lubequotepro.com .

4. If you disagree with anything in this EULA (in part or in whole) do not install or use Lube Quote Pro.
